Bookmybai - Cancellation of service and refund of payment

I am writing to raise a complaint agianst Bookmybai for their lack of response and resolution on the cancellation of services and refund of the charges paid for using their services for hiring a caregiver for my mother in law .I am attaching all the communication that I have had with them which clearly explains my reason for the cancellation of services and request for refund.
