ninecolours.com - Cancellation of order not allowed

I had bought a saree from ninecolours.com. I decided to cancel the order and sought refund finding that the same saree is being sold at some other site at */*th of the price.
The order is still not dispatched, but the company is denying to cancel and refund my money.
