Tommy Hilfiger - Cancellation of order by AJIO and Refund

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is a total and blatant lie, I have not cancelled any items of my order # FL**********. There are total of ** items in this order and AJIO has themselves canceled this order. This kind of unprofessional behaviour does not suit a brand of the stature of AJIO with Reliance name attached to it.
I fail to understand, is this being done to save few *** rupees, as most of the ordered items are still available at AJIO site but at a little higher price.
AJIO/Reliance should realise that name and branding is much bigger than these few *** Rupees.
Please inform me the status of the refund as this was a prepaid order.
