Rangers Club Noida - Cancellation of Membership due to Fraud

Hi,
We were getting multiple calls from rangers club ( www.rangersclub.in - travel company) to come to logix mall noida as they will be giving us some vouchers.
After multiple denials we agreed to go there and discuss about what they are offering.

After discussion we bought there membership plan as mentioned below :

They claimed that they (Rangers Club) has more than ****+ resorts and hotels in India and abroad and since we were so manipulatively and diplomatically told this we accepted that.
Some days after payment when I started checking their website, I came to know that they only have **+ resorts and hotels of their own in India , I was shocked and then I started drilling down the details and came to know that they have partnership will www.rci.com which has very large no of hotels and resorts. Now there is a catch which is a very very diplomatically played fraud is for renting any hotel, resort through rci we have to pay exchange fees of ***** for * days in India which basically means Rangers club don't have good hotels and resorts of its own and we have to rent only one from rci and everytime we rent that we have to pay additional fees.

We are very much shocked the way they and their team played with us and we are very sad how our hard earned money is going out with their fraud. Tried to reach out their customer care multiple times but they talked so rudely with us everytime.

We have not availed their single service till now and we don't want to at all, just want to cancel my membership asap which they say is not cancellable. I need urgent help on this -
