I have booked the ticket on ** November **** for **st November ****,from delhi to Mumbai by happyeasygo website, ticket has been confirmed, money has been deducted from my account then * days later i got a mail that your ticket has been cancelled due to dynamic fare changes i didn’t receive any text message on our registered number regarding this now if book a new ticket we have to pay **k aprox for the same one then what is the benefit of booking a ticket in advance and on top of that when i called their customer service, they hung on me twice while talking and straight away they said ,they can’t do anything and giving us a stupid excuse that price has been changed after i booked the ticket, customer executive named nupur, other guy spoke to us rudely due to this irresponsible behaviour of these people I am about to lose my business meeting and yes I have to pay thrice for flight. Now i want the refund plus compensation for my professional as well as mental loss.
