It's really frustrating which bijus people have done with me. I made several request for cancellation.I don't want to continue with Byju's course as we are not satisfied with their services.It's a useless app. At the time of initial discussion executive provided lot of false information regarding cancellation and refund. It has been more than ** days and I still not get any confirmation email or message whether my loan has been cancelled or not. I am very disappointed with their support team. Kindly take actions and conclude it at the earliest and also reply me asap.
