House Of Lehenga - Cancellation of duplicate order placed due to payment issue

I placed an order at HOL due to payment failure I tried multiple times. Later after few days I received an order from HOL. I am not at all satisfied with the product as it looks different from display so I decided to return the product. When I logged into the site I found that one more similar order is placed. Now I want to cancel this duplicate order and return the received one but mobile number displayed on site is not working and it seems HOL is having user unfriendly return policy where customer theirself has to courier the product and refund will be in the form of HOL cash. They need the courier slip as well which I have missed...well none of big ecommerce business ask this. What's the use of online tracking when you are stick to hard copy.
