I wanted to cancel my Decorpot project due to sudden demise of my father. This was infromed to them and a email was shared with them on ** November ****. I have continiously followed up with them since, they always use to tell that they have shared the details to their HeadOffice and the refund will be issued. Attaching the email and the WhatsApp conversation for reference.
