SBI Cards and Payment Services Limited - cancellation of credit card

I have given a credit card closure request on * august **** for my credit card number ****************, via the SBI Card Mobile App on my phone. I got a Service Request Number ************* via SMS for the application made. I have also paid the full amount and my balance due is nill as of *th August ****. I haven't used the credit card since I made this service request. As of **th August ****, the above service request is not being shown in the mobile app, I tried to call on customer care numbers given in the mobile app namely ************, ***********, ***********, *********** but these numbers are not functional. Also, I have received some calls from following numbers +************, +************, and +************, but the true caller mobile app shows they were spam calls so I didn't pick up those calls. Today on **th August **** I again made the credit card cancellation request and received the service request number ************* via SMS. It is my humble request to kindly process the card cancellation request as soon as possible. Regards and Thanking you in advance.
