upgrad - Cancellation of Course

Hi, I enrolled in the course of Data Science in January with Upgrad by paying a registration fee of Rs.***** to upgrad for commencing the course. They offered me to avail a no cost emi loan from liquiloans which was **,***/- month starting from March *th ****. So i took the loan and the course started on **st Jan ****. I also paid Rs. **** to liquiloans for loan registeration. After starting the course i found out that the course was of a very advanced level and useless for me as a beginner as I am from a complete Non-IT background. Upgrad convinced me tactfully to enroll in this course and didn't inform me about the terms and conditions of the course. On **st March I emailed liquiloans to cancel the loan and they informed me that they can cancel the loan however they need a confirmation from Upgrad. However Upgrad is not ready to cancel my course even after several follow ups on the email. This has lead me to a mental depression and time loss. I sent them medical documents also by my Psychiatrist however they are just denying to cancel the course.
