Byjus app - Cancellation of Course and Refund my money

I have been joined on **th November
**** in byjus live upsc course english . I paid **k advance and ****rs for emi *st month on *th January and i mailed more
than **times but not received my ias books more than ** dayscompleted still
now I didn't received my ias english books. While joining they said within * to * days i will receive tab and books. But only tab i received on december *. And i requested to send my ias english books quickly. But they are saying that i didn't pucked the call so books cancelled. Byjus team team can check call history from telephone department whether i received any calls from delivery person. Still now theydidn't sent the books if i mailed they reply with in **days after restocking we will send it back. And more over still now the sales person who registered me in that course not contacted me. And no mentor connects but while registering to course she said mentors will connect clear all doubts and monitor us and she didnot said about the cancellation policy also. But so for my counsellor or salesperson and mentor not
solved my books issue. She said simply to fill details click here click here. She didn't explained the agreement policies at all. Later I got busy with my office work . So i decided to cancel my course. I requested many times to cancel my course still now no one is responding from byjus team and mainly I'm going to drop my plan. If i mailed or called byjus people say with **hours our team will contact you. But no one contacted us. Only regarding to pay emi they are calling continuously . If i said about the cancellation they cut the call not even replying.I completely unsatisfied with this course from byjus.
This is serious issue i am facing with byjus and I'm not ready to continue with this course in byjus.
