I got ** days trial after depositing RS ****/- and during trial I found my child was not comfortable studying online. So I denied for the course with in ** days of trial on call but after ** days they said you didn’t send a written request then I send them a written request then they said you requested after ** days and use my documents for loan purpose and harassing me and my wife by calling **-** times in a day also the loan agreement was not signed by me
