Cherry tours and travels - Cancellation of bus ticket

We have recently booked i.e. on **/**/**** around * PM , bus ticket from anakapalli to tirupathi for the travelled date **/**/****.
However dute to some issues, we have try to cancel the above booking, unfortunately the above ticket is not available to cancel the booking.
