Hotel Lhasa Inn - cancellation of booked room by the hotel owner

I booked two rooms in Hotel Lhasa Inn on **.**.**. for **.**.**--**.**.**.Room rent was Rs.****.For this I paid Rs.**** as advance. But on**.**.**. When I contacted them to know about the weather condition of Darjeeling they told me that my booking was cancelled because the room rent has been increased. Because of this I had to face a lot of problem to book a hotel again.
