Radission Blu Resort Goa - Cancellation not respected

This complaint is against Radisson Blu Resort Goa, Cavelossim Beach.
I requested for cancellation of my reservation * weeks before the actual booking date. I was down with Covid so was not in the position to travel and infect other hotel guests.
In the written mail communication, hotel reservation team confirmed the cancellation will be done and booking amount will be converted to credit note valid till **-Aug.
Today i got another mail from them marking my reservation as no show. On checking with hotel they said that i didn't gave them new dates that's the reason they marked me no show and charged full penalty on the deposit i have made to them.
Big brand like Radisson Blu, i never expected such flippancy.
