One Byju's representative Mr.Sidhart Puri came in touch with us for Byju's course and convinced us to take the gadget on a trail basis of ** days and if incase our kid didn't like the product than within ** days we just need to call them to submit the cancellation. After receiving the Gadget my son didn't make him comfortable with the gadget so we have submitted the Cancellation request to Ms.Amanjot ( Byju's representative ) on call with in ** days as instructed by Mr.Sidharth Puri while buying the product. But every time they confirmed that your cancellation request has been processed, we asked them to send someone to collect the gadget back. But after some time we received a call from Finance company for EMI moreover they are saying that they didn't received any cancellation confirmation from Byju's. After that again we start contacting Byju's but after calling them more than ** times we are not getting any proper reply from their side. Moreover we are getting a regular calls from finance company to pay the EMI. Please help us to resolve the issue.
