Merwans cake ahop dombivali - Cancellation fees charged for swiggy s website mistakes

N unlawful practice by swiggy and charge the customer as cancellation fees. I hv ordered a cake on swiggy platform from dombivali merwans cake shop to deliver cake in dombivali. Normally sites ask for pincode n it is rejected if it is beyond delivery area. Site asked me for delivery add n I fed the details, least unaware that site was picking up my receipent name and address of cake shop. Since the name and contact number for the recipient was showing correct I moved on to do my payment. And it shower me that it will be delivered in ** mins. Raising a suspicion I immediately went to help support and wanted to cancel the order. However it said that order is in process and will be delivered soon. Also I cld not reach the delivery agent number as call dropped all the time.somehow I managed to chat the help support and cancel the first order. With assurance of refund which was received. Since the occasion was big so I had to again place the order on same app immediately after cancellation of first order. Again it took the same recipient name n contact number and delivery address of cake shop. Who would deliver cake at cake shop? No sanity I guess. Again I went immediately to support system and requested them to cancel the order again. This time they refused to cancel the order and not only they charge me *** as cancellation fees also the agent was requesting me to get the order deliver to some cake address. Disgusting. My request was unanswered and they refuse to refund my second order ***/- refund. My question is ur aite has no option for customer to check the deliver address is within ur companies range. Also I was told much later by ur agent that only *-* kms they cover to deliver. How a layman is suppose to know ur range could u pls elaborate? This is yet again my request to refund my ***/- as it was not in order for u to charge me cancellation fee. I was on chat with ur agent immediately realising that address is gone wrong by site again. Failure to refund will face further action on ur site. Amount is minimum but reputation is more. And moreover our trust is shaken.
