https www travolook in - Cancellation fare not yet received and Airline ticket

Hi,
Not received Refund amount of Rs. **** each (i.e. Total *****) for reference number REF********* and REF*********. The booking was made on **/**/****. As per policy, refund should have been received in *-** working days from the date of booking.
I have put them * mails. Last mail was not reverted. Today I tried calling them on ****-***-**** * times and when I waited for my turn for speaking and my call was automatically disconnected. So this proves that they have put my number on block list as earlier I was able to speak to them. They are scamsters as I have already checked on social media and checked their reviews.
Whenever I have spoken to executives their simple reply was you refund is under process we have initiated the same at our end and is pending at Intermediary merchant banks end.  So wait for more * days. If this is the case then I need a reference number/transaction ID so that I can go to my bank and check the same with them. But I am sure they dont have any such number.
