Milkpot Bangalore - Cancellation and refund

Hi, I am a subscriber of milkpot Bangalore. I need to follow up with the customer support team many times over phone and whats app, but no response.

Few times they have not delivered, but have deducted the amount from the wallet and will never refund that amount even after many calls to customer care.

This is just a fraud company with no sort of service. I seriously doubt the quality of their milk as well, they claim as A* milk and when asked what breed of cows there is no answer.

Being annoyed with all this, when i asked for cancellation and refund there is no answer at all and finally they were saying it would take * to * days. But i suspect if they would do as they dont respond to customers at all

I even called up the higher management (Harish : **********) and even he doesnt answer the calls and reply to whats app messages on the cancellation and refund

I would suggest to seriously take action against this fraud company and save the customers.
