Byjus akash instuition - cancellation and refund process not started

I am purchased a course from BYJUS for my daughter (II standard) on **/**/****. My daughter is student of Bengali medium but the course provided by BYJUS totally designed in English language, for that she is suffering and willing not to continue the classes. At the time of purchasing the course i aslo told to ther Counsellor that my daughter may not be able to continue the classes she might faced so much difficulty, but the councellor told me to purchase the course and if their was any issue they will guide us to cancel the course. Nowadays even after calling him multiple times the councellor didn't pickup the call. After that from **/**/**** i write mail to support@byjus and cancellation@byjus multiple times apart from writing mail i also call to Coustomer support no multiple times but it is now over *week still get no update regarding cancellation. The Coustomer support agent on call play very smartly every time just say we are escalating the issue on high priority and arranging a call back but after that there is no response from the respective side.
