Hello, I wwanted to place an order with biriyani zone through zomato on **th June at **.** pm. Before the order could be confirmed I wanted to view the list of items before confirming. But tomato did not let me do so instead they confirmed the order. When the status was still pending from biriyani zone I called and spoke with them to cancel my order and request for refund. As biriyani zone guy asked me to contact tomato for the same, I have been texting and sending emails to them, they have unnecessarily penalised me for the same amt for nothing. They give me a train saying that it is cancelled due to food wastage. It doesn't sound reasonable as am sure that they would not even have started preparing the food when the status was pending. I want my refund to be processed. At any cost I want refund for the order Id **********. Please do the needful.
