BYJU'S - Cancellation and Refund from Byju s

We have paid Rs.**,***/- on Feb **th ***** @ **:** PM (Thursday)through credit card for a combo offline package for Class **, ** & NEET with ** inches tablet for our daughter. The counsellor and manager have informed us that the enrolment will be done next day Morning in the first hour. Later for next * days, whenever we tried to reach out their phone, they kept on saying that it will be processed in ** mins. But it was not processed. As they are not processing the order, we have sent a cancellation request to Byjus support team. After sending cancellation email, one of the senior manager Mr. Naveen Yadav got in touch with us and completed the registration process. But the order was placed for * inches tab instead of ** inches, upon asking the same they confirmed us saying that we will receive ** inches tab only as promised. After * days of the process, we have received * inches tab only. We have reached them over the phone for replacement, they started yelling at us and blaming that we are rude. There is no response or further action which has been taken from their side for replacement for next * days. We have again sent the cancellation request to the support team but there was no response from them, Now after several calls manager has responded to us and given an option for us that he will give a ** inches tab which has been returned by some other customer that to not immediately. He is neither approving our cancellation request and refunding the amount nor sending us the new tab as promised.
