Byju com - Cancellation and refund

I had enrolled my son for Byjus classes. Was not happy with the progress and the programme. Asked the customer care to cancel the couse but they are not cancelling it and forcing me to pay every month. Raised several requests, sent them several mails but they are not doing it.
