I have booked a ticket from Mumbai to Cochin on **.*.**** via Travelook the same day these days mail to me that ticket is canceled and full amount returned within seven days till date they not returned the payment and send many mail to customer support they reply me your amount will be credited within seven days now ** days completed they are not returned my payment
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
