Goibobo - Canceled flights ticket refund not processing

I booked a round trip international flight ticket from Goibobo, before one week of the journey i got mail from airline about a delay of ** hours. So i cancelled the flight and booked another flight from Goibobo on ** February.But the refund was not received till now. I contacted the airline directly and told me that they have processed the refund. But Goibobo is refusing to give me the money
