Shriram Life Insurance Company Limited - cancel my policy

My name is Bharat Anap. Last month, I took out a policy through Shriram Life Insurance.

The policy agent Mr. Pratap Singh talked to me about all the benefits of the policy when I took it out.

i.e. as per below.

(*) The returnable amount will be *.* lacs after maturity of the policy, but only *.* lacs are mentioned in the bond paper.

*) There is a Mediclaim facility that includes the wife and daughter. However, it is not mentioned in the bond document.

*) When you receive the policy bond paper, you are expected to get a personal loan as well as a policy mortgage loan. but today they are not agreed it .

In the above mentioned points, all points have not been mentioned received bond paper i went to Shriram life insurance office & explain all points they are shouting me. & told me to go any where & make a complaint. The policy will never be closed.

so please request to you please look in to.
