Google pixel - Cancel my order

I ordered a google Pixel *pro from ovantica.com for ***** rupees. They sent me a message on whatsapp saying they don't have this mobile, they offered a different mobile instead. I said I don't want any other mobile and I asked them to cancel my order. They have not sent me my refund. I cancelled this order in ** August and now it is ** October. Customer care not responding, not replying to my whatsapp messages and not providing a resolution.
