Future Choice Club - Cancel membership

Gourav Kumar filed complaint against Future Choice Club on Nov 3, 2022

I purchased the membership from Future choice on * Aug ****. On the same day I asked to cancel membership because of personal reasons. I email them on info@futurechoiceclub.com to cancel my membership but there reply was we cannot cancel membership because of personal reasons. But in their terms and policy clearly mentioned customer can cancel membership because of personal reasons. After lots of discussion(*-** days) they said we can refund but in the same way as I paid and I paid from credit card on EMI and they got complete membership amount from credit card as EMI I have to pay to bank not to future choice.

Again after lots of discussion they agree to refund in on short but **-** days. As I asked not a single company take that much time to refund any payment. I asked for policy where **-** days period mentioned to provide refund but they didn’t provided any single document. Also if someone add reviews against them then only they call you and give you warning to take legal action.

Even I was agree with **-** days but * to * days back I got email that As per discussion with me membership not refundable or cancelable.

They always force you to visit their office. Always ask you to delete bad reviews before providing any solution.
