Upgrad - Cancel Loan amount

i enrolled myself with upgrad for the course PG HRM. I took admission last month and my emi will start from August ****. but due to my health issues . i wont be able to continue with my course. when i ask them to help me they informed me there is no cancellation loan policy and because of that either i have to continue my course or if they cancel my loan my cibil score will hit up. Request you to please help me out. As due to some emergency reason i really want to cancel my loan.
