travolook in - cancel flight amount not sent

I booked * air tickets from rajamundry to Bangalore on **th March to travel on **th March through their site at Travolook
immediately after booking I got a call saying the booking didn't get through due to some operational reasons. I was promised money refund in ** to ** days. The **days become ** working days i.e * weeks. This is when fun started. Everytime I call them and ask about refund they promise to refund in * to ** days and it never got realized. Its about more than *** days now and I started realizing that these guys are up to something. I started googling on them and found that there are literally hundreds of people like
me stuck with this travel agent.
