I had booked a tour/package with Vacation Triangle vide Booking Voucher No. VT******** dated **.**.****. Later I cancelled the booking due to tickets not confirm by their travel agents as per their cancellation policy. The company promised to refund the full amount of ₹**,*** by **th June **** by mail

However, till today **th June ****, I have not received any refund. I have sent multiple emails and reminders but the company has not responded to any of them nor has their team replied. They are not answering calls either.

This delay is causing me financial loss and mental harassment. I request you to direct Vacation Triangle to immediately refund my amount of ₹**,*** with interest for the delay period.
