E zone enterprise - Cancel agreement

I have to pay penalty because i dont complete my work as well as i pay extra amount to cancel my agreement which is given by ecompany executive but after sometime i have received a message that you have to pay high penalty to cancel agreement And they told me that you have recieve a legal notice please help me to solve this issue
