Kitcloth store - Can t got refund

I ordered a frock but I got a baby size tshirt in a very worst quality I want my refund I call the currier boy and the other one more than ** times but they ignore me can't reply to me and they can't give an phone number or proper address about kitcloth store and the link is also shown unavailable on the Facebook ..I think they are fraud .. I request that please give me my refund ..
