Idea - Calling Internet speed wasting money

I have many attempts to call customer care but it was waste of time. My Internet speed is very very low I recharge today *** rs but no benefit and there were no change i will port my number today. I don’t care my *** rs because it was already waste to choose idea
It was a very bad network.
