Dhani app indiabull credit line app - Call payout fee spend credit card

Sir, i have activated dhani freedom card in April last year. It allows to spend money and pay in * easy installments. Though I have been paying all the EMIs on-time but within few weeks the card was blocked showing there is an EMI overdue. I have call costumer care but not solve problem. I have paid EMI but the card did not activate for transaction. So I paid all my pending dues while on call with customer support and emailed company costumer support to deactivated my card and account in May last year. I got the assurance that the amount will be credited within * days will be deactivated But my card was not deactivated and it again started showing due subscription fee every month.

On **/**/**** I complained Dhani customer support and asked to solve problem and was assured to get call back very soon. Next day I received a call from so-called Dhani representative who told that for de-activating card, I have to clear dues first and he asked to pay due. He misguided me and asked to download anydesk app for helping card deactivation. I paid due Rs.**** to ID upiar/ ************/dr at:*:** pm. He spent Dhani card and transfer Rs.*** from my Dhani account to ID onemobiwiksys tempvtl gurugram at *:**. He did not refund any amount and reactivated my card.

From next day I started getting calls from Dhani to pay overdue amount. Since then I have been contacting them to deactivate my card but they keep saying that card can only be deactivated once the due amount is cleared. I want to clear amount but whats the guarantee that they will close my account and will not continue charging subscription amount every month.
