Aquasure Amaze RO UV UF MTDS - Call Log not attended

I logged a call ********** on July **th for motor issue which was in warranty, Service engineer came on **th July and misconnected the inlet pipe and left.
Due to this the whole unit stop working. And whenever I call service engineer, he is not lifting my call.
I called Customer Care ********** on **th July and reported this issue, and raised another complaint -********** to track this issue.
Customer Care keep on saying the below statement from **th July to till date, but none of the service engineer has visited or fixed the issue.
• “Escalated to higher authority and the incident kept on top priority.”
• “Service engineer with be attending ASAS”
I am purchasing water from outside spending Rs*** per day, I need compensation of Rs **** which was spend for ** days due to negligent behavior of Aquaguard.
