Jewellery - Call from lottery

I ordered pearl's jewellery on meesho .so that Someone called from Calcutta. He is saying that we won the second prize car on lottery . If we don't want car he can give us *lakh rupee so that we have pay * percent means **** rupee on their account then they give us *lakh rupee on our account so that we should provide our account number to them. Is it true we won the lottery. Iam attaching the person number who called us **********
