I have ordered the cake in Cakesportal for my sons birthday and paid additional *** INR to deliver by *-*am. I had waited until *pm and it is not delivered. I had been continuously sending mail for the updates but they replied saying that it will be delivered. But later only *.**pm they came to my home when we were outside. Since it was an ice cake we cannot keep it in the security room as we will return home only by *pm. So we told to take the cake and refund it.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
