Complaint : Hi My Name is Vikram Kandpal, would like to draw you attention towards Floraex.com ( an online company which promise to deliver cake after making online payment to them). i have ordered cake on **th of September **** at around *pm and made the paymentof rs.***(chagrges include fast delievry)via order no-****, since then i have not received any call from them.they have not delivered cake as well and i am following up with them since **th of September. i have called them around **-** times and also sent *-* times mail at-floraex**@gmail.com
there is only one number registered at their site which is-*********** and also they does not have any address on their site
i would request you to please lodge my complaint in order to stop/Ban and punish these kind of fake company which are looting lot money of innocent people.
