I ordered cake on May *st **** for my office colleague, total amount is INR *** in which they added INR *** for scheduled time delivery, I chose delivery on May *nd between ** AM to **AM.
Order is not delivered till **AM and in the order tracking page, order is not yet prepared or out for delivery. On continuously checking with them they told there is some delivery issue and order would be sent soon, but order is not delivered.
After so many mail complaints, they don't have any customer care number, they are not ready to refund the amount. Though they failed to deliver the order and there is not terms mentioning not to refund.
Instead they provide me with a gift coupon which is not working when I try placing the order.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
