hangout cake - Cake not received but delivery boy says he delivered it Zomato says we cant do anything

i had ordered cake from hangout for my kuds birthday when i was out of mumbai .. I thought it was delivered because in the system it showed its delivered. After a week when I return and asked my family , they say it's not been received yet. I mailed to zomato to find tge reality where the mistake has happened. They say delivery partner says he has delivered hence we cannot do anything . We have been ordering from zomato since so many times and this is first case of missing delivery. I expect the compant to resolve the matter with lot more maturity and give justice to this case. why payment taken deom me when I never received my cake. let them find where its been delivered. the delivery partner indeed needs to give justification what went wrong .
