I had ordered cake with order no -******* for ** nov **** but india cake didn't deliver cake on day . I was taking continously follow up through chat and call but they were co-ordinate with delivery agent .I have experienced poor services and unresposible behaviors of customer care.They are providing coupons instead of money .
