I placed an order #***** on **th march **** for mid night delivery of cake. Emotional moments for family surprise was spoiled. As cake was not delivered. Next day on follow up they mentioned system error. After that several email were written for refund. Today after a email they reverted we have refunded in your cakesportal wallet. I wont be using this services i need my refund into my account. Pathetic service and fraud activities Please help me with refund
