Ordered flower Bouquet and a cake. Only flowers were delivered which were also not looking fresh. Cake was not delivered at all ( *nd May ). I complained on line *-* times but response just comes ' It has been delivered ". Looks like Thugs to me. nobody picks up the call and nobody calls back also. my Order no was Order ID: *********. I want them to refund the money. Order was placed in New delhi
