India Cakes Private Limited - Cake not delivered and no refund proceedings being initiated

I ordered the cake for the first time on *th May(worth Rs.****). The customer representative very confidently told me the order would be delivered and maintained the same stance till late evening. But the order was not delivered. After * weeks, calling them(no one picked) and online complaints, they gave me a coupon code. To use the coupon code, I ordered again on *rd June, but of no use. Now they aren't responding to my calls or online chat. It is a fraud company, who is sitting to thug people of their money. I am wondering how come they are still in business when they have got so horrible ratings. I would have given them negative ratings had that been possible.
