india cake - Cake not delivered

my order number ********** .I ordered cake on **th March ****.however it is not delivered even now .it was accepted that they will deliver the product however later on they said it is far from location and not able to deliver.when I said to cancel the order,they have given a coupon code which is no use for me as the service is not available..they are shouting to me if I ask for my money in customer service..such a fraud company .
