I ordered cake to Pincode ******. They agreed and charged me ***.** rupees after some time I got a message asking for additional *** rs because the distance is very far they say. But it is nowhere mentioned in their site that they charge extra money even after the order got placed. How can I trust them? So I refused the payment and called on the multiple numbers that are there on the site but none of them were working. I chatted with chat support then they were saying wrong pincode then I asked if the pincode was wrong then how they accepted my order in the first place then they said address is incomplete then I provided address multiple times through email and chat support. But the day has passed I neither got my order nor got the refund.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
