Crazy 4 Cakes - Cake not delivered

I have ordered a cake for my marriage anniversary. I went to the mani square outlet and there I was given a contact number where I can order the cake. While I have called the number that person again gives me a number for the order through whatsapp, I have every detail of the order on the particular day when I reached at the mani square mall for picking up the cake. I have found that they have delivered the cake at city centre * instead of mani square. It was around * pm at night and my family was waiting at jw mariott for the celebration. I have called the respective person who apologized for the mistake. I said to him that if they can deliver at jw kitchen in a logical time then still I can utilize the cake. In spite of delivering they just keep requesting me I should wait at mani square so that they can deliver from cc* to mani square. I cannot wait as it was already late. Finally, one person called me and said to me they cannot deliver before ** pm which I rejected as the restaurant will be closed at **. Ultimately I had to spend the occasion without a cake. Next day when I called the respective manager he just keeps saying we are sorry and we will definitely do something, but till now they did not get back to me about their blunder. More than financial it was an emotional loss for me as the whole occasion was disrupted.
