Winni - Cake delivery was late

I have ordered cake on * May ****, and the expected delivery time slot was * AM to ** PM on the same day. However, the cake was delivered the next day instead, that is on ** May **** at **** hours. As it was Mother's Day on * May, we were really excited to celebrate it, but the company has spoiled all ths excitement. Also, the delivery boy being so rude, he just gave the cake and ran away with a rush to avoid any feedback and questions. I am really dissappointed with ths company, and i want to my money refund for the grievances caused.
