Winni - Cake delivered was not as per the image and candle amount was given but they did not deliver it and

I had ordered a cake and a magic candle from Wini. In the image the cake was really good. However when I received the cake the cake looks really different. The message which which I had put they did not write and the quality of cake is poor. Moreover the I had paid for candle they did not give it and when I called and asked the delivery person he said you should adjust. When I said I will complain then the delivery guy confidently said you can do that. As if he was very much confident Winni is not going to do anything against him and Winni does not care about it's customers. Even I found the same. The number given in the Winni portal are not reachable and when i tried multiple times for a long period it rings and then somebody disconnect. The support person over chat says our concern team will call you but I did not get any call. If it persists then Indian customer will loose the trust from these online delivery system. During the covid situation these people are exploiting us and they don't have a care for our money. If no action is taken then we Indian customers would loose the trust from Law and Order. Please help.
